QUETTA: Monitoring and Inspection team set up by Forest and Wildlife Department Government of Balochistan on the directions of Secretary Forest and Wildlife, Dr. Muhammad Saeed Jamali, has visited different districts to monitor plantation campaign launched in line with the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Billion Tree Tsunami.
The visits aim at monitoring the campaigns in various districts. The Forest and Wildlife Monitoring and Inspection Team led by Omar Farooq Khan Kakar and Officer Jamil Ahmed has visited Pishin, Harnai, Loralai, Musa Khel, Quetta City, Ziarat, Barkhan and other areas to take steps to fill loopholes, if any, in implementation of campaign. The concerned officials have been briefed by district officers about the tree planting campaign under Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Billion Tree Tsunami Program. The Forest and Wildlife Monitoring and Evaluation Team is still on a visit to Sherani and Zhob districts to ensure close monitoring and necessary guidance of campaign so that the tree plantation project is successful.
