QUETTA: The Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Dr. Rubaba Buledi visited the Children Hospital Quetta (CHQ) on Thursday.

During the visit, the Parliamentary Secretary too a round of various departments of the Hospital and inspected the working.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital, Dr. Habibullah Babar briefed Dr. Rubaba Buledi about the overall performance of the Hospital besides the issues being faced by it.

Director General Health Services, Dr. Ali Nasir Bugti was also present on the occasion.

The Parliamentary Secretary on the occasion expressed satisfaction over the improvement in the overall performance graph of the Hospital under the government’s control.

She said that the Children Hospital would be made an exemplary healthcare center equipped with all modern medical facilities.

She said that a large number of people are compelled to depend on the private and costly hospitals for treatment of their ailing children.

She was of the view that the hospital would be an exemplary institution if the desired medical facilities are made available there.

She said that it is our endeavour to make it a state of the art healthcare institute.
